I called to see an estimated time of delivery, and the girl on the phone scared me saying it wasn't made yet. I was concerned it wouldn't get to the recipient in time, and I asked for a refund. Suddenly she put another lady on the phone, who was a little snippy. She told me that the delivery driver just got there and she would make sure mine was delivered first, and she was correct. I was concerned it would be a rushed order and just thrown together. Fortunately that wasn't the case! The recipient was happy with them so that's what matters.

I order Flowers on Board, on line for my Daughter in laws birthday. I live in Florida, she lives in Augusta. The arrangement was absolutely beautiful, as in photo, and arrived on schedule.The ordering process was super easy. The recipient was extremely pleased with the arrangement.
