I was fortunate to discover Flowers on Broad through a Google search as I am not local to Augusta. I had ordered a floral basket through another florist but lost a day in delivery after they contacted me to cancel my order because they were out of stock. Of everything. No alternatives available. The delivered product from Flowers on Broad was even more beautiful than expected. Thank you for coming through in a pinch and providing a memorable arrangement and excellent service.

This is the 3rd or 4th time ordering something. Every time I have been well pleased with the product and service. The only criticism is the purple bow that was stuck in the side of the pot as if it were another flower--tacky and cheap looking, in my personal opinion. Other than that, the flowers/plants were lovely.

The arrangement my sister received for her birthday was even more beautiful than pictured on the website! Thank you for outdoing yourself once again!
