Edit: I was contacted today by the owner and a good explanation was given. #1, I didnt specify delivery location and #2 They are contract drivers who tried to call but got bno answer. Everything was worked out and made better. I've made several purchases throughout the years sent to my wife and unfortunately this was the first year she was called and told it couldn't be delivered. She had to explain to the delivery driver where she was as they were trying to deliver inside of the complex instead of the office. Then the driver lost the card to the flowers...not a pleasant experience this time around.
