I never write reviews, but I have to cheer for the fantastic customer service that Flowers on Broad provides. When they did not have the plant I ordered for my mother's birthday, they offered to send her a beautiful floral arrangement in the meantime and then deliver the plant when it became available. Their response time was very impressive and their service is always prompt and courteous. I could not be more grateful!
